Our Ministry Leaders

Lee Conway is the founder and interim director of Daytona City Ministries. He is also a Christian Life Coach, graduate of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching and founder of E.Q.U.I.P. Coaching. He has 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and has owned and operated five businesses. Lee’s life purpose is to help others discover and fulfill their own life purpose. He is passionate about coming alongside local Churches to help them equip the saints to walk together as a priesthood of believers who, through the fragrance of Christ, impact their communities with the Kingdom of God. Lee and his wife Lisa have eight remarkable children and currently reside in Ormond Beach Florida.

Sue Skelley

Sue in the prayer coordinator for Volusia/Flagler 24-7 Prayer. She is also a writer and teacher, with a heart for evangelism and discipleship. Her primary career has been as a registered dietitian, in which capacity she has learned to use effective Christian principles of marketplace ministry. Her teachings and writings are motivated by the belief in the New Testament principle of multiplication and the desire to awaken people to Heavenly Father's greatest miracle- the salvation of the human soul.

David and Shauna Gill

David and Shauna Gill are the founders/visionaries for The Good Life Daytona.
Borne of a passion for the "lost generation of 20 somethings", and the desire for connecting them for the greater good of the Kingdom, David and Shauna felt the calling to start a revolutionary online community by implementing the technology that has taken this generation by storm. David is a Firefighter and paramedic for the Port Orange Fire Department as well as SWAT medic for Port Orange SWAT Team and Shauna owns and operates a Wedding & Event Company. They currently reside in Port Orange, Fl.
